thank you oddly for the poke. I have a plan for a better healthy lifestyle and have been procrastinating. Maybe you just jumped started me. I think I will start walking in the AM this week. Step One, step again - nutrition, step again - stay on my meds, step again - put out that ciggy, step once more - no more diet sodas, , , ,I see I am walking already :)
